Perfectly good collagen peptide powder. I use collagen daily for about 10 years now. I look good, feel good, so I imagine it has its benefits. I use various brands, often making selection between price and quality. This brand is pricier than other well known and trusted brands, but I dont rate on price. If it looks good to you, then I see no reason not to try it. They list their collagen in milligrams (10,000) but most list it as grams (so, 10 grams). I always figure they are trying to make it look more impressive than what it is. Protein and collagen have a near 1:1 ratio, so this lines up. This has 9 grams of protein. Having 10 grams of collagen per scoop is within the normal range. Dissolves well in my hot coffee. No noticeable flavor, which is important when using in coffee. If it has a noticeable flavor then it would be masked in my smoothies. Seems fine. not issues. Grad fed, Made in USA-- says from start to finish, but usually I see quality brands source from New Zealand, India, Brazil, and Argentina and then finish the product in USA. So, I have no idea.

This seems to be good collagen powder. I have only recently began using collagen powder so I am no expert, but I compared it to some of the other brands I have tried. This one takes one scoop each day and quickly dissolves when I add it to my coffee, leaving no lumps at all. I don't even have to stir it in. It does not alter the taste of my coffee in any way. If I didn't add the scoop in there myself, I would never know it was there. Most of the brands have pretty similar amounts of calories ranging between 30-40. This one has 36 calories, so that seems pretty typical to me. Also with 9g of protein and 10g (10,000mg) collagen peptides this one is at the high end of what appears normal. Healthwise, I don't really know if it works. I started using this more as a preventative, hoping to keep things functioning as they should. My skin is possibly less dry since I began using collagen, but I couldn't really say if that is better lotion or this stuff. Either way, I figure it can't hurt and it could not be easier to add this into my daily routine. I have been happy with this collagen powder and would definitely consider purchasing again.

I have been using Collagen Peptides for 3 months already and I am so happy with the result: 1. I usually have problematic skin - not anymore, I don't remember when was the last time I had a pimple. My face skin is so soft and more elastic than it was before. 2. My hairs are long and the amount of hair I was losing when brushing or washing scared me. Now, after using collagen for 3 months it is significantly stronger and my hairs are shinier. 3. Nails - I couldn't imagine living without shellac (I had been doing shellac for more than 10 years!!! without shellac my nails were like the thinnest piece of paper) - now I can grow my nails a few mm at least. After 25 years our body stops producing collagen enough to feed our body. So the only option to help our body stay stronger and younger is to help by using collagen peptides. 1 scoop 1 time a day definitely worth it and you can mix it with any drink. I do with my morning coffee - double joy (I am enjoying coffee, my body is enjoying collagen) My only problem with Sport Formula 99 Store Collagen Peptides is the price per serving. Update: I’ve been taking this in very small amounts and it was fine but when I went to the suggested one scoop, I got really bad stomach cramps and a horrible migraine. I looked that up to see if it was a possible side effect of collagen peptides and I was surprised to find that migraines and stomach issues were possible. I haven’t had any problem with type 2 sea based collagen but apparently I have a sensitivity to bovine collagen. My husband was fine with one scoop, no upset stomach or headache. Just be cautious taking this just in case you have a sensitivity. Still a good product for those that can tolerate it. First of all, I feel better taking a supplement made in the USA which this is and I am willing to pay a little more for that. This is a little bit more then others price wise but it is a good product. Collagen peptides are broken down protein strands of collagen, so the collagen is more available for your body to utilize. It is important for skin, bones, teeth, nails, hair, joints and gut health and weight management. We lose half of our collagen after 60 and that is why I take it now that I’m approaching 60. I’ve been taking various collagen supplements very recently and have noticed my hair thickening and growing much faster even where it was gone, my skin is much more soft and less wrinkled. This is a better source then Ive been using and I like that it has no taste and mixes quickly in just plain water. There are 10mg per serving and 28 servings in a container. It does have a little smell, it smells just like when you grind your dogs nails but it has no taste if you hold your breath you won’t notice much smell. I prefer it in my morning shake, you can’t detect it at all and no lumping. I will keep using this, I’m hoping it will eventually relieve my joint pain, it will take some time I suppose, I haven’t been taking it very long but I did notice a difference in my skin and hair rather quickly and my nails need trimming a lot more now, so it’s working and I’m hopeful my joints will follow suit. There are some great articles online describing the important benefits and that was what brought me to trying collagen peptides in particular, it’s the best usable kind. Recommend

I have been using collagen for the last 8 or 9 months. I usually add it to my morning coffee. This one dissolves well with minimal clumping and usually, no clumping at all. There's no weird taste or after taste. The powder does leave a little stickiness on my fingers if I touch it, but that happens with other collagen powders, too. The container is a bit on the small size, especially when compared to a lot of the other ones out there.
